But I trust that those who seek excellence and experience joy in their life also have a strong sense of value, respect and fairness. I certainly have found this to be true for the large community of ORION and PLUTO builders and owners.

In practice this means that when you give away or sell your ORION or PLUTO you also transfer the Documentation that you acquired from LINKWITZ LAB. Included should be a note of which version of the loudspeaker or electronics has been built by you. The new owner should then register as such with an e-mail to sl@linkwitzlab.com. If later you decide to build another ORION or PLUTO for yourself you need to buy the Documentation from me again.
Should you want to build an ORION or PLUTO as a gift or for money for a friend or another party, then you need to acquire the corresponding Documentation and printed circuit boards from LINKWITZ LAB to accompany the loudspeakers. The owner should then register as such with an e-mail to sl@linkwitzlab.com.
Should you start a business selling ORION or PLUTO subassemblies or complete systems for profit, then for each customer you must have first acquired the corresponding Documentation and printed circuit boards from LINKWITZ LAB. You must build the products as described by the instructions before you are allowed to declare them as ORION or PLUTO products. The only licensed manufacturer of LINKWITZ LAB products is Wood Artistry, www.theorionspeakers.com .
Should you start promoting or selling products that alter or deviate from the ORION or PLUTO designs to express your own design preferences and trade-offs, but are clearly recognizable as ORION/PLUTO inspired or derived products, then you should inform me of your intentions and publicly state that "www.LinkwitzLab.com is not affiliated with (your company name here)". Otherwise I will place your name on my Blacklist.

Be guided by fairness when you use LINKWITZ LAB Intellectual Property to gain financial benefits and pay me appropriately.
